On-Shore Gulf Coast

mapThrough its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Petrodome Energy, LLC (“Petrodome”), Viking owns a working interest in multiple oil and gas fields across Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi, comprising approximately 9,000 net acres.

Properties include producing wells along with several conventional oil and gas prospects utilizing hundreds of miles of 3D seismic data, proprietary seismic reprocessing, and AVO analysis of the final data. Also, multiple up dip proven field locations have been high-graded and can be drilled and completed. Petrodome has utilized 3D seismic data for the majority of its assets, and management has identified and vetted numerous future drilling locations (mainly “infill drilling” and “behind pipe”) as part of a multi-year drilling program.

In addition to the Petrodome assets, through its Ichor Energy subsidiaries, Viking owns working interests in certain oil and gas leases in Texas (primarily in Orange and Jefferson Counties) and Louisiana (primarily in Calcasiue Parish), which include 58 producing wells and 31 salt water disposal wells. The properties produce hydrocarbons from known reservoirs/sands in the on-shore Gulf Coast region, with an average well depth in excess of 10,600 feet, and daily production volumes averaging in excess of 2,300 BOE.

All of Viking’s Gulf Coast assets are managed by Petrodome’s management team which includes professionals with expertise in Petroleum Engineering, Geophysics and leasing. Individuals in key positions have, collectively, over 100 years’ experience in oil & gas acquisition and development in the Gulf Coast region.
